From long-term nursing, residential and specialist dementia care, to a number of short stay and respite solutions, The Willows works with a person-centred framework to provide individuals with the highest standard of quality care, tailored to your, and your loved ones needs.

Our home’s environment is designed to make you feel safe, comfortable and cared for by those who understand your needs and requirements. Under the clinical supervision of a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day, should you have need of this level of support, we are proud to be a well established nursing unit with a team of dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses.

We have accommodation for up to 48 residents with accompanying,  friendly, experienced and qualified staff – ensuring your personal care needs are fully met. Our residential care provides security, social interaction and ongoing support. We have an open-door policy which welcomes all families and guests to make sure you feel at home.

The home offers easy access and navigation to all facilities available from support through to activities, as well as being just a short walk away from local amenities found at Market Harborough town centre.

When a family member is diagnosed with dementia, it can be an emotional and challenging journey. Our experienced care team is there to support, advise and care for you and your loved ones throughout the entire process. We are dedicated to providing dignified and professional care and support for our residents. Our care coupled with safe outdoor spaces, professional expertise and specialised activities ensure we can offer protected and knowledgeable services for your loved ones.

Caring for a loved one can be challenging. Sometimes taking a break can help to give you the much needed time to rest and recuperate. Our respite care offers options to give you the time you need, whilst ensuring your loved one has a home away from home with our supportive care team.

Our personal approach ensures we can be flexible with our care options including day stays through to longer breaks, giving you as much time as you need. Please contact us directly to discuss your individual requirements.

Reablement care is designed to help people regain the skills and abilities to perform day-to-day activities, within a safe and friendly space. Our qualified staff are here to provide the support, structure and training to develop the required skill sets, through a combination of treatment programmes. We work closely with you and your loved ones to ensure a tailored care plan for each of our residents.

If you or a loved one is not ready to go home after a hospital stay but no longer need to remain in the hospital setting, we are able to offer 24 hour residential care. This is there to offer a bridge for individuals as they prepare to go back to their home environment.

These post-hospital stays allow an earlier release from hospital so comfort and independence can be regained, whilst still keeping the care and support of 24-7 care to help ease the transition.

This short term care option is made up of a range of services that will help you to get home after a hospital stay, or to help prevent a hospital admission. A short-term stay would typically  last from 14 to 21 days. All residents will be assessed by our friendly team, and then specific goals will be discussed and an individual care plan can be put in place to meet your or your loved ones needs. You will have the support of our care team during your stay, as well as a range of visiting professionals who will be on hand to assist you in your recovery.
