The Willows Nursing and Residential Home is a family-run care home located in the centre of Market Harborough, Leicestershire, offering a wide range of specialised nursing and residential care to support you and your loved ones.
Situated just 0.2 miles outside of Market Harborough town centre, our 24-hour care is delivered by our experienced team of senior nurses and care support team.

The Willows Nursing and Residential Home has consistantly achieved a green, good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).  We are a family run, independent Care Home, and do not form part of a group,  operating under the personal day to day management of the family partnership.

We enjoy an outstanding reputation for the good quality of our nursing and residential care, personal attention and modern facilities.

We are a recipient of the prestigious Investor in People Award for staff training and development which we have maintained since 2006, The Willows Nursing and Residential Home are active members of The Registered Nursing Home Association (RNHA), East Midland Care Association (EMCARE) and the Northamptonshire Care Home Association (NORARCH). This enables us to keep informed of current developments and best practice.

Here are a few of our frequently asked questions. If you do have any questions, or would like to talk to a member of the team, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 01858 463177.
We are registered to provide care for under and over 65 years. Our registration reflects our expertise, and covers physical, mental, dementia, end of life categories of care. The service is able to offer care to any adult.

We also offer day and respite care. Own GP if preferred. Palliative care & Physiotherapy are other types of care also provided.
We offer care packages that reflect your individual support needs.  We are pleased to offer some packages that are at local authority funded rates. To discuss your requirements, please contact our friendly team directly on 01858 463177.
Care is provided by our care team. The team receives face to face handover from the previous shift to ensure that there is a continuous delivery of care. Each person has a personalised plan of care, which is regularly reviewed and updated. We provide daily activities to promote independence, take a look at our facilities.
Visiting at the moment is by arrangement and due to covid needs to be booked.  All visitors will need to comply with covid testing this will be explained at time of booking.  We are looking forward to being able to open visiting freely again.

We are proud to be situated close to the town centre, and just down the road from Market Harborough Medical Centre. The old market town is picturesque and makes a great walk. Just behind the home is Welland Park, with its Rose Garden, bowls club, tennis courts and cafe, a treat in the summer.

Nursing care is offered 24 hours a day and is the same as Residential care, but with the addition of registered nurses to help and administer medical treatment. Residential care is offered 24 hours a day and is supported by care professionals for residents needing extra help with their personal care.

The Willows team offers both nursing and residential care to support you or your loved ones. The care and support needed differs for each person, so we always recommend speaking to the team to discuss your care requirements.
