Registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and under the personal day-to-day management of the family partnership, The Willows Nursing and Residential Home and its dedicated team of carers is proud to have been presented with various awards in recognition of its sustained good quality and reputation.

The prestigious ‘Investors in People Award’ for staff training and development was received in 2002 and renewed in 2005. Northamptonshire County Council awarded The Willows Nursing and Residential Home with their top honour of a ‘Four Rose Standard’ for excellence in continuing high standards. The Willows Nursing and Residential Home holds Leicestershire Environmental Health Officer’s Food-Wise Award - in recognition of its high standards, balance, variety of menu and food preparation.

The Willows Nursing and Residential Home offers a wide-range of nursing and residential care. This includes care of the elderly, chronic sick, physical disability, sensory impairment, terminal illness and dementia. Residents are able to be looked after in their own room - irrespective of their level of care or special needs.

Whatever the time of day or night, The Willows Nursing and Residential Home offers the highest standards of care. First-level registered nurses (RGN) and fully-trained care assistants are on duty around the clock, seven days a week.
